I would say I give this place nine out of 10 for clean appearance and restrooms. There was a 5 minute wait for my order. I dined in. I took a couple pictures and read a couple reviews. Yes there is one employee that seemingly has an attitude. I don't know if it's a language barrier but, when a customer was walking towards the opening in the front and had the right away. Be kind. It goes a long way.
First the food it was The typical McDonald meal. Same taste same temperature. I got a damn question, why does every McDonald's treat ketchup like it's commodity or Bitcoin. When I asked for some ketchup that went with the fries, I got an attitude. We all know where they added to came from. It was ever so slight but it was attitude. Let me save you some steps. If one person order fries then give them two to three packages so they won't have to ask you all the time. This happens at every McDonald's.
And they wonder why people stop going there. They head over to Chick-fil-A where they bend over backwards to make you happy.
Slight correction: I think for that one individual, they're unaware of what they're doing. As I left they asked me if I wanted to refill. Hey I'm honest alright.
Another thing I believe that is happening, there's no employee to customer interaction except for delivering food. So there's no human connection. Some customers will put a smile on their faces or tell a joke. But the only thing they hear is I need this I need that. So I'm going to bump the service up to three....

I just decided not to order my food out of lack of Trust. I left and decided to spend My Money with a Competitor. I stood at the counter because I needed help with a customization for the kitchen on my order. I am a regular customer and know how to use the kiosk and my mobile app. The short Mexican lady with the glasses came to the counter and tried to force me to use the kiosk. I told her that I would need to use the counter checkout. She stood there and lied saying that it doesn't work. I asked for a manager Several times. She stepped away a few inches and said that the manager is busy. I requested again and she said that she will take my order at the counter, all of a sudden. The manager comes out and doesn't even allow me to explain what I needed without his continuous interruption. He was extremely pushy and lacked customer service. He was Latino and the one on duty at 10:18 a.m on 4/25/25. This should be of Great Concern since your scores are so LOW Overall. So today 2 weeks later I come back to order food i shared pictures of the McRib to managers Rosie she just said she was here two weeks ago and walked off. Then I needed help with the board to order a manager name Jackson came out with an attitude and tried to get smart with me because I had said I wanted fresh food. He was offended because I had shared my last experience with them both. Well I left and will never return to this place the Mexican woman Rosie and the white man Jackson are both unconscious about customer service and customer care.
