We drove over an hour to get to this place and waited patiently at the counter to get some Prosciutto di Parma and when the guy finally turned around to help us he told me it would be an hour before he could slice it for me. Never in my life have I been told it would be an hour to get some meat sliced. That was my 1st and last experience in this place I will never go back

And you have made I perfectly clear that your phoned in orders are more important than someone who just drove an hour one way in the pouring rain and traffic to get to you. It took you longer to respond to my complaint than it would have to cut me my meat. When I left your place I drove the additional 30 minutes to ferrucci's when I got there there were 3 orders in front of me and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. And NO I didn't purchase anything there that came from your business. You sir are a terrible businessman and frankly a horrible person to refuse service to someone who drove an hour to get to you. I WILL NEVER TRY ANY OF YOUR LOCATIONS AGAIN! And I will continue to spread...

I mentioned to a friend at work that i needed a Tiramisu for the next day and failed to get one at a bakery. She told me about Pasta and Provisions. It was the fastest I've driven to get there before close time. (i arrived about 40 minutes before closing). I told Liza that I was new I needed a Tiramisu, but I wanted to know more about everything. I had THE BEST experience. She answered every question with excitement and helped me to pick more items to take to my family. The food traveled well, the cake was delicious and ready for the birthday celebration. I purchased meals for two household. They absolutely love it and want me to buy more for the. They are in Wake Forest. I live in Charlotte. Liza insisted that I take a meal for dinner for me and hubby that night as well, I told her i would return. Well, she convinced me. Not only I did get a meal for us (the meat sauce was sooo good) I took Canoli home to my husband. We are hooked!!! Retuning this weekend for more.Thank you Liza for taking your time with me and laughing at my questions....
