Ordered food from here before and picked it up. First time, I ordered the grilled chicken with bacon and cheese. Chicken was way over cooked and very dry. But thought it was just a coincidence. I live 5 minutes away maybe even less and thought I’d give them another try last night. Arrived to pick up online order. I walked in greeted the only young lady at the front, because she definitely didn’t greet me, handed me my food and never said thank you. I asked her was this everything because she just left me standing there. She told me that was the entire order. As I was pulling out of the parking lot she approached me and said they forget to give me part of my order. Received it, went home, remember I’m less than 5 minutes away. We ordered 5 different meals and everything had to be heated up. Poor customer service, cold food. Food is almost always great, service typically good. We’ve been eating here for years, typically a go-to place for us. We ordered through DoorDash tonight, which we’ve done before and have never had an issue. First of all, food took twice as long as was quoted. Secondly, when we received our order, half of what we ordered was missing. When I called back to say something about it, i was told ‘So you wanna come get it? It should be ready when you get here.’ Kinda defeats the purpose of getting it delivered and spending more money than I had to. I decided to go get my MISSING food. When I get there, the two girls working at the front register rolled their eyes when I got there. Completely unprofessional. I visited this establishment and waited forever to get my food ( approx. 25 mins). When my food finally came they left off half my order and when I brought it to their attention the workers asked if I still wanted it. I had already paid for everything due to it being a takeout order, so why wouldn't I want it. I waited again for about another 25 mins and when the order came out it was still messing items that I had ordered. Needless to say the first order that came out was now cold. I finally told them that this is ridiculous and I wanted a refund. How can you run an establishment and not have the customers interest at hand making sure that they get what they paid for.
