Been going here since I was a child and I’m now 47. I haven’t lived in Charlton since 1990 but I cone back to visit family every year and without fail get a pizza here. I own 13 restaurants in 2 states some of which have won national acclaim. I have chefs that have been on top chef and other food tv shows as well. Food is my job; food is my life. One of the things I crave most is a simple pizza from here. It’s a little greasy, a lot cheesy, the sauce is pasty and a little herby and the dough virtually always holds up for that fold you don’t get in other parts of the country(I live out west). For over 7 years we’ve been ordering from here since my mom moved to charlton. But every single time they get my order wrong. And every single time I order the same thing. The only reason I even order from here when I visit is because they get my moms order right and she won’t order elsewhere. Then tonight I thought I’d try a pizza instead of a sub. I'm a loyal customer of Charlton house pizza, having ordered from them for over 10 years and loving their food. However, I've had issues with payment processing on my last two orders. Despite using the same Mastercard that works fine at other places, like Family House Pizza, the restaurant's system kept declining it.
