Sturbridge Coffee Roasters (Charlton) — Restaurant in Charlton

I have been a big fan of Sturbridge Coffee Roaster for a few years now and frequent their Dudley location often. I was so excited when they opened a Charlton location as it is closer to my house. However I feel that they need to work on their consistency at the Charlton location. I get the same coffee order pretty much every time and never had a problem at the Dudley location but in Charlton it has been different or inaccurate several times. Today I placed a to go order and despite an employee reading the order back to me at pickup, I came home and was missing a muffin-my bad for not looking first. While I was there I also overheard another customer receive a sandwich missing sausage that he had ordered-so it's clearly not just me. I understand they just opened this location and are still working things out but it seems that they are missing some simple quality checking and accuracy assurance. Hope they are able to...

Where are the adults? I feel like I’m ordering girls scout cookies. There’s like 6 teenagers in the kitchen and they send out one order every 5 minutes. They have no idea what they are doing. Waited 20+ minutes for one of the more disgusting things I’ve attempted to eat in a while. Why would you put sour cream and salsa inside of a burrito? Sour cream goes on the side. So beyond improperly prepared. Look at the eggs lol, I took two bites and everything became a soup. If your looking for excellent quality beans roasted to perfection then this is the place to go. I have known the owner here since the beginning of his first coffe shop opening. He knows his stuff in each aspect of choosing the beans to roasting and brewing the coffee. I dare you to hit him up on a coffee question he can’t answer.
