Posted a photo of the scrambled eggs (plate covered in uncooked liquid egg). it’s not the type of food that is the disappointment with this dfac, it’s how it is prepared. Scrambled eggs that are more liquid than scramble, baked chicken that’s still pink and bloody, potatoes that are crunchy from being undercooked instead of crispy, and meat loaf so overcooked and burnt that we bent three forks trying to poke into it.... its an issue when our NCOA Dining facility can’t cook food that is edible, not to mention palatable. Only reason this dfac has 3 stars is because Command teams pump it with 5 star reviews on their way to Enjoy a nice meal at Muscle maker grill. If you think this is disgusting you should check out the NCOA barracks next. Embarrassed...

They have the best selection of salad dressings on post and they keep the salt and pepper shakers at the tables so you don’t have to fiddle with those annoying paper packets. Come in civilian clothes if you are able to do so. The salad bar is always full and they have a lot of regular items as well as items that rotate. The coffee doesn't taste like turpentine, but it's not great.
