Subway — Restaurant in Chattahoochee County

This Subway is the worst in the world, I have been to a lot of subways all over the country and even one in Afghanistan. The Subway in Afghanistan has better customer service than this one. I was given a 6 inch meatball sub here through the drive through and when I got back to work it only had two meatballs in it. I came back the next day and the manager called me a liar and wouldn't give me a new sandwich. She kept saying that they put four meatballs in their subs as if nobody could possibly ever make a mistake. This subway makes mistakes like this all the time, I have been at Fort Benning since 2008 and this subway just gets worse and worse; they take advantage of the fact that they are the closest restaurant to Airborne school where a lot of soldiers are in school without cars. These soldiers walk over to subway and get poor customer service and poorly made sandwiches and have no other choice nearby. Nothing special, the same subway as any other subway you've ever been to. The only lure this location has is its closest food to airborne training companies and OCS. Subs are literally thrown together due to the volume of customers in line. I went twice, and both times, the line was full, and the workers were just working as fast as possible, which is completely understandable, but the quality of your sub definitely pays the price hahhaa. It was basically a salad wrapped and put in a bag. Should have gotten a fork. Overall, it's food, and with the limited choices within walking distance, it is what it is. Lack of sanitation discipline. Guy placed wrong cheese in my sandwich, I correct him, and he takes the cheese that was on top of the meat from my sandwich, and places it back on the stack of cheese. They need a more strict manager that will ride these workers when it comes to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safty, and the Armys heath inspectors need to be there more often. I would like for the G.M. for the Columbus/Fort Benning area to crack down on the laziness, and lack of discipline in the subway...
