Latin Hibachi Grill and sushi — Restaurant in Chattanooga

I accidentally called this location and placed an order. I meant to call the location on Brainerd Rd. When I realized the mistake I called and told them. She was pushy about me picking up the order so I asked her if she would put it up I would come after work. I drove all the way down to that location about 30 minutes out of my way to get the food. I understand they’re a small business and I enjoy their food, so I didn’t want to cause harm. I get to the location and the food was sitting out on the counter, for 4 hours. I ordered my steak cooked medium. I asked why was it not refrigerated and she gave no answer. I told her it was illegal to sell undercooked food or any food for that matter that had been sitting out on the counter for 4 hours and refused to buy it. I hate giving a bad review and I hate the potential damage to a small business. But food storage protocol is common knowledge in any business that handles food. She then said oh I forgot. First time trying so I like to Dine In first. Not a fan of location BUT the place is nice and clean inside. The music was a little loud at first but was eventually turned down. I was annoyed by some flies but I am sure they are sneaking in from outside. I didn't like they only had bottle drinks including water. The ice came out of s cooler and not an ice maker which was odd. My food was very good so I will come back for take out. There was no communication from waiter on how to pay so I sat there for a minute before finally decided to walk to counter. Latin Hibachi Grill was hit. I ordered the vegetarian hibachi plate, with a side of shrimp(8),10 BBQ wings/w fries and a pineapple drink to wash everything down. The food truck area where the food was prepared and restaurant were I waited on my food was clean and tidy. The restaurant was nice and cool on this hot day. The food was delicious.
