I was ticket #1 on 12/12/18 rang up at 11:01am for reference.
I've called in for done in orders a lot at other locations and a few times before over here. The gentleman that picked up the phone said his piece and I asked if I could please place an order for dine in. There was literally a 30 second delay. Sounded very annoyed and I made my order.
I hate bad attitudes but kept it moving since I like the pizza. Upon arrival the same gentleman rang me up for 10.76. I've never had an employee not apply the lunch special AT LUNCH TIME. There is literally a poster behind him to remind him in case he forgot. I pointed that out and he said, I'll change it for you.
I come to Marco's because it is cheap and I have full hour for lunch at work. I order a small pepperoni pie with a garlic butter crust and a drink. He said he just put it in, I said thank you and took my seat. Finally the food comes.
This is the first time in my life I've actually seen the garlic butter. It was so thick and glopped on I had to stop him and ask what it was. It legit looked like icing on a cinnamon roll. He proceeded to tell me it was garlic butter, so I just said thank you and let him go.
It took over 30 napkins to get the grease down to acceptable levels. I don't know if this young man is annoyed that he has to work or he is going through some rough times, but I feel beyond disrespected as a paying customer. Never seen garlic butter that thick from any pizzeria including the OTHER MARCOS location on brainerd which was infinitely more hospitable and enjoyable.
This location sucks or it may just be the employee I dealt with sinking the ship. It's a shame and in this particularly case I will be voting with my wallet from here on out. A shame because I actually like the pizza here.

We used to be loyal Marco's fans prior to moving to the area. This location is obviously poorly managed and the employees do not care about quality or ensuring that your entire order arrives. We ordered a handful of times with mediocre outcomes, and twice with unacceptably low quality and customer service.
After an unpleasant delivery experience, I had sworn not to order Marco's again. Our pizza had arrived salty, cold, late, and a jumbled up mess.
In desperation, after a few months had passed, we decided to give them another shot. After all, it couldn't hurt to give them a second chance, right? Wrong. We did not receive our entire order. After debating with the manager the complexities of sending out a second delivery person vs. issuing us a refund, she assured us that we would be given not only a free cinnasquare (the missing item) but also a free large pizza, for our trouble and understanding.
Apparently this was a lie. DON'T offer something if it's not something you can make good on. We will not be ordering from this Marco's again, and I highly suggest you...

Now I have been here twice and have had bad service. The last time I went, it took me several phone calls to get through. I got out on hold each time and the manager finally answered on the 3rd. Then I got to the store and the cashier tried to charge me for a whole extra pizza when I just ordered more dipping sauces and added crust toppers. The manager finally came over and fixed it, but told me himself that he, "has been busier than this, but he just has poor help." My girlfriend even saw an employee lick his fingers after filling up some container...
And the first time I came to pick up my pizza, they messed up part of my order(just the crust toppers, nothing big), but my food was ready and the employees were getting me my dipping sauces and they were messing around and taking extra time while I was standing right there.
