Subway — Restaurant in Chattanooga

The food was tasty but very sloppy. I came in and one employee just looked at me as he sat down and talked with a guest of his. Finally another guy comes around the corner to take my order but had on regular civilian clothes so I couldn’t tell if he worked there or was a customer behind the counter. I asked if he worked there and he said yes his mom is the manager. I suppose that’s why he didn’t have to wear proper clothing to identify him as an employee. The restaurant didn’t have any other customers but there was sandwich meat all on the floor where we stand to order and none of the ingredients were readily available to make my food. He had to keep going to the back for everything I wanted on my sandwich in the middle of the day! 4:15pm to be exact. I’m guessing that’s why he just threw everything on my sandwich. I was hoping this store had improved since my last visits over a year ago but nope 👎🏾 it’s still the same trashy store with trashy service. Please close down and retrain the manager...

My first time going here. I must say that I really enjoyed my sub sandwich. I got the Philly Cheese with Lettuce, Black Olive, Banana peppers, Provolone and American chesse, four Jalapeño peppers, lol, the person fixing my sandwich laughing 😂 at me on my request, and he end up breaking all 4 of them into pieces 🤣😆, I thought that was too funny, I really don't eat them, but every now and then I will request for a few of them only 🤭 oil, salt & pepper and Mayo. To my surprise, the meats was fully load on it . My Husband got his usual, Club Sub. I wanted to post pictures, but unfortunately they didn't come out good. Thanks Subway for such great services, very nice Atmosphere and a very good Sub...

Today was the worse experienced I had at this subway in a long time. I never even complained at the times when my sandwich was a burnt or stale, those kind of mishaps are bound to happen when you eat here as much as I do. I don't make a big deal about it.

But today, when I walked in I saw the staff goofing around behind the counter, which isn't an issue. The area was dead, and the first part of my order went smoothly. There was clearly a newbie that was training, but after my sandwich got toasted, the people training him went to the back and started talking with each other. He made a few mistakes, but I can't blame the guy, but I would recommend talking to...
