Used mobile app and when they ask what time I only live 5 minutes away but I put 15 minutes in so I know they have time to make it.i promise that the people in drive-thru weren't waiting 15 minutes but when I got there right on time the girl on the register was doing a app order and not waiting on anyone else and she was completely confused. She kept putting stuff in the bag then taking it back out.i would say that she was incompetent but I think it was lack of training and she was really trying. Someone must of went to the mangers office because this lady came out and just watched the girl for a couple of minutes and walked off again. I was there on time but she didn't even ask wait on me for another 7 minutes. My order hasn't even atarted getting ready yet. After I waited another 5 minutes she said my order was ready and I had to tell her that I ordered drinks too. She got my drinks and I left after arriving there on time but still had to wait another 12 minutes. I get home and I had ordered a kids chicken nugget meal which is supposed to have 4 nuggets in it and he only had 3 in the box and they didn't put his toy in there either. I ordered one of those hamburger that they have been advertising so much so you think they would know what goes on it. It didn't have any tortilla chips on it at all and the tiny piece of lettuce was black so I don't want to get salmonella so I didn't eat. I called corporate and he said that he was going to call the general manager and she would be giving me a call. I don't know her number but there was two calls Saturday that hung up on me when I answered the phone and then one call the next day that hung up on me as soon as I answered. This manager doest properly train her employees and doesn't know how to use a phone. Since corporate or the general manager doest care that they have a problem I won't be back. I said I didn't think the girl was incompetent but the general manager and corporate both are so good luck getting your order right. Read moreI usually just let things go because I understand that some people are just incompetent but this is the 3rd time I've gotten food from this Wendy's and they not put the condiments in my bag that they confirmed. Why ask what sauce I want only to not put them in the bag? Then I get home with 4 orders of chicken nuggets with 1 barbecue sauce. I ten piece, 2 six pieces, and a 4 piece to 1 barbecue sauce. I ordered ranch and barbecue sauce so at the least, I should've had 2 ranches and 3 barbecue sauces. I appreciate the 13 packs of ketchup which was overkill but what happened to looking in the bag to make sure that everything is in the bag as ordered? And fast food workers have the audacity to think they deserve $15 an hour? Looking in a bag or confirming an order is not complicated nor are these specialized skills, this is basic customer service which obviously is too hard for some people. Read moreI got my order 10 minutes after ordering which is fine as I was waiting on baked potatoes but got about half way out of the parking lot and noticed I didn’t have butter or sour cream, went back through the drive-thru because the lobby’s was closed, they apologized and told me to pull forward as I was waiting for this woman to get her order remade, I admittedly got irritated and impatient and left before getting my sour cream or butter. I get home to find that my burgers aren’t made correctly at all. One having lettuce onion tomato and the condiments that I asked for it to be without. The double burger had only pickle and onion on it. When I called and spoke with Kate the manager about how I would not have had a problem with her teenage to 20 year old employee taking my order in the voice of a 50 year old trucker if my order had just been somewhat correct. Mind you I had not had any confrontation with these people but I was told “ maybe if it weren’t for customers like me, they wouldn’t have to do silly things to make their lives not suck “ and was hung up on.
