We are traveling from out of state. 2 adults 5 kiddos. Knowing the virus is going around we pulled in. Before ordering we asked if the patio was opening.. not seeing any signs. The lady answered and said yes. So we parked In a open spot.. unloaded all the kids and when we walked up and press the button we were then informed the patio was closed (understandable) BUT we literally had just asked and was told we could. When we expressed this we were given attitude about it. So we went back to our car and loaded up and pulled into spot to order.. we hit the button, showing red button had been activated and waited a could 10 mins with no response. We then realized the button was no longer activated and no one had responded watching people pull up next to us and order and get their food. We then hid the button again, screen showing red button was activated and waited a few more mins when a lady Answered the button and responded they were no longer taking orders right now! WHAT?? Seriously?? We then watched the lady pull up next to us and another across the way. They were able to hit the button and order... All while their employees walked by laughing and smiling almost out of spite of the patio situation. Needless to say we left with no food and gave our business to another...

No slush available, no pickle boba they are advertising on all the screens that you pay more for, no footlong, no chili dog, forgot tator tots and my husbands drink was wrong! Carhop said they were out of Chili! lol we asked for a refund of hotdogs! Mind you we had already been waiting 25 minutes. Car hop never comes back?! Tried calling multiple times, line is busy! Eventually go and open door to ask for manager. She is busy in the back. Eventually she comes out and wants to make us something else in place of hotdogs. I said we didnāt get 1/2 our food, we have been her going on 40 minutes. Please just give us a refund. She say āhave you touched any of the food!ā Umm yes we have! She wanted me to go out to my car and bring it back in. Lol I said ājust refund for everything we didnāt get! Please we just want to leave.ā She did finally give us a full refund. But after standing in there for 10 minutes I wouldnāt have eaten anything that came out of that filthy kitchen. I will say, all the other employees and car hops were kind and apologetic. Health dept needs to check...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so sad to post this. Tonight I was going to treat my husband to sonic dinner. We never get to eat out so it was a big deal. I ordered a footlong coney combo with pickle fries and a cherry vanilla dr pepper. For myself, I ordered a garlic butter bacon cheeseburger combo with tots and an ocean water. I wanted a large mozzarella sticks but she said they were out for the night. So i rescinded with just our order. Unfortunately when I got home, my burger had no bacon, the onions on it were raw- not grilled. My tots were not fully cooked. My husband's "footlong" was actually just 2 hot dogs lined up in separate buns. The pickle fries were actually just fried pickle skins- no pickle. Made me think they are just preying on the consumer giving them the scraps for an extra dollar. Lastly the cherry vanilla dr pepper was not only completely flat, but had no flavor. Tasted like flat soda water. Literally the only thing good about this meal was the ocean water and the girl who brought it to me....
