I give it one star because I threw my order today 07/03/25 at 4:28 and I arrived at 4:45 and they didn’t have the order ready apart there was a guy with a bad attitude attending the drive-thru above all I ordered a mango refresher and the guy gave me the refreshing with whipped cream on top of the lid of the drink And I asked him for Napkins to clean the whipped cream lid and he gave me the Napkins with bad attitude I told him that the drink is not supposed to go like this and he said that he had not made the order but that the other employee and that he complained to her when they are working together to help each other I understand that the employee may be new but if you as an employee or manager see that the drink is not well done you are supposed to tell your co-worker that he made the drink wrong not tell the costumer I did not make the order it was her complain to him I never seen that a costumer going to claim a worker for those there are the managers to talk to them and explain to him how the drinks are made And I would like the managers or owners of the place to watch the videos of this day 07/03/25 at 4:46pm the guy disrespected verbally and I also answered verbally And he has to get used to seeing me because I’ve been a customer of that place for years and they’ve never disrespected...

Didn't actually hear him say a single word. Asked about the menu and and his answer was "what do you want" in a very impatient manner, like the guy had anything else to do. He personally made my "Frappuccino" equivalent and all it is is a cup of hot, bitter coffee. No exaggeration. Hot, bitter, completely pain coffee that he somehow managed to pile almost 2 inches of foam on top. Not whipped cream or anything cool like that. Literal bubbles. Foam. That i paid for. I love asking for a Frappuccino equivalent and getting ⅔ bitter coffee and ⅓ bubbles. Need to reevaluate that bs employee. He ain't worth whatever he's getting paid. Not worth...
Read moreThis place is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. We came to the drive through and waited nearly 15 minutes to speak with someone over the monitor when we came up to it and again another 15 minutes for our food and drink to come out. When our food finally came out, we were missing items from the order and then needed to wait another 10 minutes to get the missing parts. The coffee tastes like moldy coffee machine, not fresh AT ALL and all of the food was cold and nasty when we received it, tasted like plastic. 10/10 don’t recommend and I honestly believe a refund should be granted because nobody should have to wait 30+ minutes for services that should only take 5 minutes nor should anyone receive cold, stale food and old coffee.
