Speed has improved and my stuff is almost always ready.
Some or most of the staff don’t speak english, so communication can be difficult
They run out of alternative milks and other ingredients fairly often; this can delay the order.
Ketchup is hit or miss.
Still, they are pretty quick and reliable; it’s one of the better Dunkin locations I have been to.

I’m changing my review from five stars to two. The last several times I’ve been here my items have not been ready as they were previously. Today, I waited for several minutes extra after ordering one hot coffee 10 minutes ahead of time, and I had to leave without getting what I paid for because it was not ready and I had to get to work. Also, when I asked, no one responded to me about whether it would be ready soon. Several other customers had the same response. I spend well over $100 a month at this Dunkin, so if I can’t go anymore, it will be a real shame.

I post a lot of bad reviews, so I just wanted to take the time to say that this Dunkin is amazing. Every time without fail they have my to go order ready within minutes. I can rely on them when I’m heading to work to get the food that I need, and I can’t say how much I appreciate this. Read moreIt is sad, I love this place so much. There are these two guys that always work together and make amazing coffee. They are the older gentlemen (ALWAYS GETS OUR ORDER RIGHT) and when there’s these two teenage boys, and a teenage female (new) that work the dunkin’ , we walk in expecting nothing spectacular, but everytime these two young gentlemen have made our order, the coffee is TERRIBLE. They are always on their phone and always working when it’s not that busy, but when we go in, they are NEVER working or doing a job, they just act like they’re busy . We always get a caramel macchiato, and because they are so lazy… they use regular coffee to make it. That’s basically robbing us as customers because espresso is MUCH more expensive than regular coffee. One time, we ordered it almost 10 mins in advanced, gave them another 5 mins before picking it up, and they tried to act like they never received the order. These two younger boys probably need to be fired or retrained. They worked today, and this is the 5th time they’ve messed up a caramel macchiato . Sick and tired of this. If I wanted an ice coffee, I wouldn’t spend $10 for a macchiato which usually has shots of espresso. These kids need to be investigated by the boss and inspector. Read moreSo I go there a lot but lately the service seems to have slipped. If I get one thing it's usually okay but if I get two things that usually forget the drinks. Or somebody takes it. I'm not sure what the resolution is but they needs to be another system because people just grab the items without looking to see if it's their name on it. Sometimes they go back and look at the receipt and see that they did not meet the second part of the order. It's happened with more than one location. So saddened that they have slept so much. I also have had several time is what I order something on the app using up reward and they don't have the item in the store. So they try to get you to get something else but in the meantime I lost my reward. It should not be available on the app if they don't have it...
