Timmy D's Deli & Catering — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

Update 11/05/2021: Ordered $150 worth of sandwiches for our department at the hospital down the street. Called in the day before to order and that pick up would be for 12pm the next day. I was told it would it would be done at 12 so we can have our food on our designated meal breaks. I waited AN HOUR in the store and didn't get my food until after 1pm. They took my money, then held me there for over an hour to make all this food. I was sitting around as they took care of other customers around me, when this should have been priority. The woman at the front was extremely rude to her when I asked how much longer it would take and she said “we had other people call this morning” and blew me off. They pretended like I wasn’t there the whole time and the owner wouldn’t even apologize once. I was receiving texts from my coworkers that they're starving and they need to now go attend to patients instead of having time to eat their food. The service is atrocious and the food is so mediocre that my department and myself will NEVER order from them again. Don't go here. You'll spend a lot of money for mediocre food. My favorit deli, the Italian hogies are INSANE!!! delicious timmy prides in nothing but great quality and quantity good they wear gloves in there when handling your lunch meat but when Timmy is not there they don't wear gloves and there's a lady in there that jump from one sandwich to another when she's helping a newbie that's learning how to make the sandwiches and she doesn't wear gloves watch out for her cuz she coughs touches her hair touches her face cost with her hand and then touches food that's how you get food borne illnesses I think that's really nasty if you're paying for your food she shouldn't have a problem wearing gloves but she does what she wants when Timmy's not there and that can impact his clientele in business in there Tim runs a tight ship he make sure that things are done the way he wants them to be but you have this person that's coughing on her hand and then handling sandwiches and then jumping from one sandwich to...

I've been a loyal Timmy Ds customer for well over 15 years. The past few times I've ordered have been unsatisfactory, but today was by far my worst visit. I ordered my hoagies, the woman read back my order and had all the details correct. When I went to pick up, I had grabbed a handful of sodas and chips. I pay my ticket, grab the bag handed to me and head home. 20 min ride home, grab my bag and realize I was only given my chips and sodas. 20 min ride back to get them and I was greated with, hey you forgot your hoagies! But the fact of the matter was that they were never given to me. I know its petty but it rubbed me the wrong way. 20 mins back home, hoagies are distributed and every single hoagie had something we didn't ask for or something we asked not to be there.
