I really do love eating at Mack’s What few times I have, but you can never get anything over the phone and I hope they don’t end up like shake shop I like Shake shop tune but they’re only open two days a week and you have to wait a lifetime to get anything but I hope Max can get more staffing a bigger place because if they’re this busy now, what if it was a little bit bigger and had one more person they would dominate all grills in Cherryville that’s why I always thought about the shake shop even when I was a kid I knew a relative that I grew up with that was family with them and I was always like. Came here for years. Used to love this place but it has gone downhill BAD! I just today went to pick my order up and waited my turn to collect my food and pay. You know, like you're supposed to. The woman working the register watched this woman walk in behind me and then proceed to try to walk past me to the countner. Naturally I walked past her to my rightful position and tell her the name on my order and she just looks at me and says "okay but I'm gonna get her first". That is 100% unacceptable and not how you treat customers. I will be sure to make sure everyone knows not to spend money here. I don't care who that woman was. I came here for lunch. I ordered a Rich Girl sandwich. I never seen this before. Great idea it’s a hoagie roll with half chicken and half cheeseburger. The sandwich was huge! They give you two big pieces of fried chicken with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. The other side is a thick cheeseburger with coleslaw and tomato. The burger could use more flavor and cooked a lil less but the sandwich was very satisfying and filling I barely finished it along with crispy hot crinkle fries. All for only $12.
