Local's Burgers and more — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Burrito says the name is deceiving it is definitely more “more” then burgers. Dumpling says we would definitely get takeout, but probably would not eat inside again. It is essentially located in a little convenience store. There is one table that seats three, and a bar top counter that seats three more. It was a little hot inside. The lady who runs it is super friendly, and you can tell has a passion for food, especially Mexican food. We had the spinach and cheese empanada, chicken quesadilla, onion rings, a chicken taco, and chorizo taco. She is also completely passionate about her homemade sauces. We would definitely support this little hole in the wall...

Not sure why everyone loves this place... name is misleading, they had a lot more Spanish crusine on the menu and only hamburger and cheeseburger to choose from.. u would think that with a name like this there would be more emphasis on burger variety, should be Local's Tacos and More or something... There is no real comfortable places to sit inside if u want to eat there, more of a come grab and take home place, and finally the food was just ok and employees were a little, not rude per se, but seemed uninterested when i asked a couple questions... So def. not for me and my dad as we decided that it was not worth...

Where do I start....I was expecting a place with casual dining, but instead I was let down to find that wouldn't be the case. The man behind the counter had the look of an old dirty pirate. He stared at the woman that I came with as if she where a whale that he had to harpoon. At one point he hit her with an "argg", I was so taken back that I didn't know what to do. So I decided to move forward and order food anyways. The food all seemed good and the prices were fair, but as the food came out I questioned the pirate cook what kind of meat did they use for the food, he simply replied "sea cow" all while staring at...
