My wife and I wholeheartedly endorse Lasting Impressions for all of your floral needs. The customer service there is exceptional. The quality of the bouquets is excellent. The bouquets were stunningly beautiful.

My wife and I had heard great things about Lasting Impressions Florist and Gifts. When Mother's Day approached, we wanted to get a nice bouquet for my mother and my mother-in-law who both live locally. My wife went on their website, selected two different bouquets to fit the tastes of both of our mothers, and paid close to $50 for each. She scheduled to pick them up on Saturday.

On the Saturday before Mother's Day, my wife went to Lasting Impressions and returned. My initial reaction was lackluster as was my wife's. They were very nice and I knew that both of our mother's would love them. I felt, however, that they did not meet standards for what I felt a nearly $50 bouquet should be. My wife said that that confirmed her initial reaction as well.

I called the store and expressed as much to one of the florists named Ann. I told her that while the bouquet's were nice, I felt that we would not patron Lasting Impressions again. Ann, who told me she does a bit of everything at the store, would not settle for my wife and I to be left with that impression. She said that she would gladly refund our flowers or that we could return to the store so they could work on the bouquets a little more. I told her I did not feel it fair to not compensate them for the efforts that the made.

So, my wife returned to the store with both bouquets. Ann said that my wife could wait or that she could leave and that Ann would call her when the bouquets were complete. My wife chose to return later. Ann called and my wife returned to the store and picked up the flowers. When she returned, both bouquets were absolutely brilliant and far exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Ann gave us a $50 gift certificate.

The exceptional quality of the bouquet's and the excellent customer service have certainly left a positive impression. We will absolutely use their services again and will definitely encourage others to...

I was treated very rudely by the owner when I went to pick up my order. I ordered A wrist corsage and a boutonniere for my son‘s senior prom. I asked for a specific piece of greenery in the arrangements. They didn’t put it in there and then when I asked about it, the owner was very rude. Said that we don’t do that it dries out within 10 minutes. All very loudly from the back room. Then I told the girl that was waiting on me that I would do it myself and then the owner came out and said that everything is wired and glued. Do you have glue yada yada yada? She should’ve called me before she made the boutonniere and the corsage to say that they don’t do this certain thing and explain why, and then proceeded to make my items. While I was there, she loudly said from the back room that’s like telling a tattoo artist to give you the ink and you’ll do the DA*N thing myself. Again very rude. I will never use them again. I know it’s prom season, but that is not how you treat your paying customers! The flowers are not what I expected at all. I ordered white orchids, with green buttons. Very small and the boutonniere probably won’t even lay flat like it should. Flowers are bruised and have spots on them. Very...

Not impressed in the least and they certainly made a lasting impression, unfortunately it was a negative one! We ordered a corsage and boutonniere for prom and the flowers were indeed fresh. Problem being - It was not What we ordered - the ribbon colors were all wrong, and they only offered one color wrist band, despite taking our order and knowing what we wanted. Thankfully we were able to have the ribbon colors amended. The receptionist was a little annoyed by our request - quite surprising, seeing how she was the one who took our order and didn't bother to mention the wrist band only came in that one color even after we requested a different color on the order. The florist who came out to try and fix our order was very pleasant. While the prom was a hit, it's unfortunate that their flowers weren't up to par and didn't match the attire at all. I won't be ordering from this florist again. Overpriced and mediocre at best. I did give them a try but l'll be going with my local favorite...
