I recently visited Rancho Grande and was thoroughly impressed, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. I have been her multiple times in the last year. The most recent visit was yesterday for lunch. I took my cousin and daughter to lunch. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. We ordered our food, it arrived promptly and tasted good. Almost halfway through our meal my cousin jumps up from the table frightened because a ROACH scurried across the wall next to our booth. I informed our server (he actually finished my sentence before I even said there was an bug) and he sent over someone else (a lady I guessed was the manager). I informed her there was a roach running around our table. She informed me they are aware Mr the issue and currently “fumigating” for the issue. She then told me she could only compensate us for one of the three meals, although NONE of us finished our food or wanted anything else to eat from there.
