The sweetest owners ever y'all I can't!! The taters are the best! The meat is fall off the bone tender and the BBQ is amazing.

EDIT: I have to say i am sad that this review went from a 5 star to 3 star. May would have been less if the food wasn't good. The past month things have seemed to go downhill here. We were here once a week (my company) having lunch. But sadly this isn't the case any more. We decided to go on 8/11 again for lunch. It was a MESS! We called the order in 30 minutes ahead of time so we could grab it and get back to work. Well when my coworker arrived, they somehow just LOST our order? So nothing was done on our order at all. They were late getting back from lunch due to this. THEN started going through the food it was completely wrong! I read and read the ticket several times and couldn't understand how. I then had to clock out for lunch and return food that they messed up to get the correct stuff and Cyndi didn't even get out of her chair. She clearly saw me walk in the door returning food and drinks (as she asked me to) - and sat at her little table eating. This is what blew my mind the most! She had my refund for the extra stuff she charged me for on the counter so the guys would just be able to give it to me. Never came behind the counter or anything. Then told me they didn't loose the order the ticket was just misplaced but they were "Johnny on the spot getting it ready" when they got our order again. Then seemed offended when I told her we didn't eat the chips because they're always stale, and sipped on her drink. This was the WORST service ever at this place ya'll. And I hate to be this way because I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere previously. I hope...

Okay so my friend had already told me not to go here because of some past experiences they had with their family at this place. The owner had yelled at an female employee in ear shot of the customers. This is very distasteful in my opinion. My friend’s mom (who is an restaurant critic and has an degree in culinary arts) said the food was decent but the service was bad . When my friend’s mom confronted the owner about his treatment of his employees the owner tried to say it’s okay because they are family. Well a few months later my friend’s mom wanted me to dine there and tell her if it’s gotten better. It hadn’t gotten better. When I ordered a plate it came out 30 minutes after I ordered. I really won’t suggest this place

Edit- the owner replied and I had to reread what I wrote and realized it wasn’t a steak I ordered it was a plate of ribs and my friend had got the steak somewhere else. I went to Bluegrass with my fiance and my son. My fiance and I decided to order sweet tea and our son ordered a Shirley Temple off of the kids menu. The waitress proceeded to tell us they do not have a Shirley Temple. She said i don't even know why it's on the menu. Okay cool he got lemonade our sweet teas came out and tasted like they had been sitting in a tea urine all day. I can deal with that we asked for something else. My fiance ordered a half baked potatoes with pulled pork everything on it except for sauce on the side. I ordered the ribs and pulled pork with fried squash and mac and cheese. Well the baked potato came out with sauce on it we did not send it back she just ate it. My plate comes out with fried okra and mac and cheese that was so cold I could stick my finger in the middle. My son ordered nachos with a side of grapes which they did not have. So he ordered fries that did not come out until he was done with his nachos. We didn't send anything back and we even tip the waitress but we will not be back. We drove from the westside of Spartanburg to Cowpens...
