Then he called me to let me know that my order was ready. My son was picking up the pizzas. Very poor customer service. I ordered 2 stuff crust pizza. They called back to inform me they was out of stuff crust. Which was fine. But when I asked what the new price would be. I was told it was the same price. Then the phone was hung up. Called back and asked to talk to the manager. Was told the manager was busy that she could not come to the phone and straight hung up. So decided to take a trip up there to talk to the manager face to face. She was outside smoking, I was not even 5 minutes away, she was more than half way through her cigarette when I arrived. Up until last night, the worst this location has done is someone kept changing my name in their system but the guy last night doesn't need to be there. I was on the phone handling something important on my way there last night and didn't get to call ahead like I usually do. I tried ordering at the window and the guy said I'd have to come inside to order because "other people would be picking up." I totally understand that but, when I asked if I could just place my order and come back, I was told "No. It's just easier if you come inside."
