Went tonight.. No one was in drive thru before me. However there were 4 or 5 cars out to the side. They took my order and I pulled up paid. And waited. And waited. And waited. And then waited some more. There was 5 subway employees in there. Apparently they wait on only customers inside first then worry about the 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru that had been sitting, despite having multiple employees... I sat in the drive thru waiting on one sub for 23 minutes for it to be wrong. Had some brown nasty liquid all over it when I didn't order anything of the such, it was awful. Maybe one day this Subway will get some better management, day and night time. They loose so much business it's unreal because of their poor service and low quality products. I've worked fast food before. It's not that hard to make a sandwich and fulfill an order. Another sad trip to this Subway.
Went yesterday - didn't take as long to get my food as usual. The employees they had in there must have been more confident to do their own orders instead of everyone either focusing on the inside customers or just drive thru. The wait time has definitely went down. Sub was prepared well!
Went 2 weeks ago - girl on drive thru was kind of rude. Made the comment "are all of your subs not going to be made the same way...." ( when I was ordering sub # 2 of 4 ) Ummm... No ma'am. Very odd comment to be made via drive thru.
5 months ago - I had left 1 star - This is my least favorite Subway location. I grew up in Chesnee and the service has always been BELOW subpar.... They are in no hurry to make orders. Takes forever inside and even longer via drive thru. The food is always good naturally, because nothing is really cooked or prepared at the hands of the staff.... They really need some awesome management to get in there and make some changes. I'm not the only one that thinks this about said...
Read moreProbably the worst subway I’ve ever been to. the place looked rundown and old, which it probably is but try not to judge a restaurant just by it’s outdoors. I walk up to the door where I’m greeted with a sign ( that looks as old as the store btw) that says that “they cannot toast any sandwiches because their toaster is broken. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you, management “ OK well I can go without a toasted sandwich. That’s not a big deal…But then you get to the counter and the food looks fresh, but there’s a sign on the counter stating that “due to the rising cost of ingredients that they cannot take coupons” wow, all right well that does that. I politely say thank you but no. I don’t come to Subway anymore without coupons it may seem pretty petty, but the sandwiches have gotten a lot more expensive than they used to be when I was growing up and I’m not about to pay $40 for three sandwiches that I used to pay $18 for …I’ll go to monster subs if I wanted to be overcharged.
Otherwise the staff was friendly the kid who started to help me was friendly. The rest of the staff couldn’t be bothered and seemed ticked off that I wasn’t going to eat there. Hey, here’s a thought Chesnee Subway, sales brings customers. Everyone likes deals. You are literally right across the street from a High School where baseball games...

My husband went in and ordered his sandwich, Destiny (the employees name) THREW it together , even telling him "I put a sticker on the half that fell apart" him being in a hurry didn't have time to request it be remade! As a former manager in food service I would be ashamed to send food out the way his sandwich looked. Over half of the toppings were not even in the bread, the sandwich itself was soggy and the customer service was awful! When I called to speak to a manager I was told that they couldn't take complaints and to call Monday to speak to the store manager by a woman named Jennifer who was absolutely as rude as she could be. We will NOT be back and will not be recommending this location to anyone! When I asked for cooperates number , Jennifer gave me the number when I said thanks she said "yep" and hung up! These girls should NOT be working in customer service if this is an example of their customer...
