This is locally owned ice cream shop (support small businesses!). They have a good variety of flavors, and the ice cream itself is dense and creamy rather than light or airy. I like that they use real chunks and mix-ins instead of just liquid flavoring. Spoons are from recycled material (care about your kids? keep the planet greener!). Ordering is quick and simple, and the outdoor seating makes it easy to relax and enjoy. It is an extension of West Chester location, but just focused on ice cream. ...

Found a fingernail in the ice cream. Never again! Apparently customers are supposed to be sure the servers are all wearing gloves. The manager was concerned about all the wrong things. Not my job to check if everyone serving (about 6) were wearing gloves or not. Grossest...
