Concord Pizza — Restaurant in Concord Township

Today I ordered a chicken Caesar salad from Concord Pizza that I had delivered to my job. To say that I was disappointed with the portion size was an understatement. The salad came in a large clear container that was barely filled to the top with lettuce. The $10.50 + tax salad was so skimpy that the bottom of the container could be seen through the lettuce. I decided to called the store back to inform them that my salad was missing lettuce, and was told by the lady who took my order that what I received was their portion size and there was nothing she could do about it. I feel like I was taken advantage of and cheated due to the fact that they knew I would be unable to return the salad from being dissatisfied with the portion. Because of the poor customer service I've received today, I've decided to throw away all of Concord Pizza's menus in the office to help save others from being bamboozled and disappointed with Concord Pizza's poor customer service and inadequate...

We just got done eating food from Concord Pizza. Let me start off by saying when you see a review of 3.7 stars you second guess ordering from there sometimes. We recently moved to Glen mills and have tried a lot of pizza place's around here. We haven’t been happy with the pizza and food but service has been great everywhere. Tonight we wanted pizza and wings so I said let’s try concord Pizza. Well let me tell you, the food was so Good. From the pizza to the wings to the fries. Most of the "reviews" on here look like their from fake accounts. I stopped at this place on the way home from work. First time and last time customer. None of the staff had masks on, the pizza crust is from frozen shells, and when I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands, they said it wasn't available because they aren't doing sit down dining because of the pandemic. WTH, you won't even allow customers to wash their hands. Not even sure what that has to do with sit down dining.
