Asia Garden — Restaurant in Chester

Edit to the post!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner called our house and apologized, which was unexpected and I thought was very very nice of her. I told her there was no hard feelings & we will be back. She offered to give us 1\2 off next time we come. Their crab Rangoon is the best.

I ordered Pick up time was estimated at 6:31. My husband called from restaurant at 7:10. No food yet. He ask about order again & then a man walked in the door and handed them a bag and said this is not my order, they handed him another bag said this is yours and then tried to give my husband the bag that the man left restaurant with and brought back. What!!!!! My husband said I'm not taking that I have no idea what that man could of done with that food or if he touched it!!!! She picked up the bag to take to the back and said she'd redo it. Nope you're not putting that food in another bag & bring back out! We got our money back and won't be back. What restaurant tries to give you food when a customer walks out with it and brings back 10 - 15 minutes later!...

Sushi took over an hour to get to the table! 😩 The person I came with ordered coconut shrimp and received it in a reasonable amount of time. The employee told me it would be a “little bit longer for sushi” when they dropped the coconut shrimp off at the table. After about 45 minutes of no sushi, an employee came to our table and said the sushi chef is behind, but it is coming soon. After an hour, they changed the story to say that because my order was “special,” it was taking longer than usual (I ordered 3 pieces of sashimi and an avocado roll). After the sushi was finally delivered to the table over an hour after ordering, the employee told me that if I want sushi in the future, I need to call ahead of time - even if I plan to dine in. I wanted to love this place, but this was my first experience and I received absolutely awful service. I will not return and I would not recommend...

This is a hidden jewel and family owned restaurant in an area you wouldn't necessarily expect to see. Be sure to say hello to Ming who's there most of the time. It's extremely unusual to find an Asian restaurant that serves both excellent Chinese and Japanese cuisine but they do offer both. They also offer a wide variety of dishes from Broccoli Beef to Maguro Sushi. A must have here is "Chicken on a stick". You won't be disappointed. Every dish can be served as a small order or large order and of course, takeout is an option. Their lunch menu includes a small bowl of soup and the main dish of your choice. They do not offer delivery and they are closed on Tuesdays. They also close at 9:30 PM each night. Their restaurant is impeccably clean and offers a nice cozy...
