My husband is not always appropriate and always has bad dad jokes to tell. On 3 separate occasions in this DQ we had Grace help us. Omgosh! She is wonderful. She was able to keep up with him and know he was just joking and kidding around. Grace was able to access the customer and meet him with the correct personality. Just used the drive thru, before the window was even opened, I could see the cashier yelling at someone, I assume a coworker. Then when I asked for a side of ranch, I was told I would have to pay extra, after already spending over $20. Then when I was given my food, she just stared at me without saying anything. Your employees have no manners when it comes to dealing with customers.
