Anchor Bay Tiki Bar — Restaurant in Chesterfield Township

Atmosphere is great, view is great, drinks are good. The waitresses need a training class in client service. This is my second time going and the same girl snubbed us as we also had her for Fourth of July. For the fourth we brought a 8+ person party, and she treated everyone with disrespect as if we were to know her menu, many of these people being “out of towners.” She did the same thing tonight, acting like us walking up inconveniences her time stating “last call,” not a “hey just wanted to let you know we’re closing up, and it’s last call.” As we placed our order and received it, she decided to state that it was last call again, as we already said “hey it’s just our one drink and we’re out.” We also heard someone else state, “let’s go to a bar where we’re wanted.” Her regulars showed up and she decided to beer bong in the corner with her coworker and discussed the dock gossip like that was her true job. Don’t get me wrong, treat your regulars well, but as being new to the area I was ready...

LOVE this place. Drinks are always drinkin. Perfect pour. Sometimes a mean Cindy will come here and get too drunk off slushies… she will then leave shitty reviews about how sugary they are but I can almost guarantee that it’s because her husband yells at her for her over consumption of sugar at home (we can tell).. not a fan of Cindy but a HUGE fan of the Anchor Bay tiki bar!! Terrible drinks!!! Terrible manager!!! Rude and inconsiderate!!! Asked for owner who never came!!! Don't go there! Plenty of other places on bay to go! No alcohol in drinks and drinks not frozen...watered down!! Last year went there often and drinks were good...Don't know what...
