I FOUND A BANDAID IN MY SPRINGROLLS!!!! While the restaurant was full, it took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. After we ordered, the table that got seated after us got their food first. While this is forgivable once the appetizers arrived, Thai dumplings and duck spring rolls, I proceeded to take the first bite out of the long awaited duck spring roll, I found a piece that was particularly chewy. I had swallowed all of the first bite before I pulled out what seemed to be a used finger BANDAID... I urgently tried to call a waitress over to show them what I just pulled out of my mouth. I asked immediately to talk to a manager. I was revolted of the thought that I had been chewing on a bandaid for the last couple of minutes. I urgently made my way to the restroom to regurgitate. As this transpired my husband waited for the manager. I ended up making two trips to the restrooms. Coming back to the table after expelling what little I had in my stomach, I come to find out the manager had not made their way to the table. However the same stuff member we told about the bandaid had check to see if the manager had made their way to the table and left with the comment "Well you know how the boys are in the kitchen" followed by a laugh. I returned to the table after the second trip to the restroom and was appalled to find out the manager had not yet made their way to our table, I immediately got the attention of one of the staff to ask them where was the manager to talk about the revolting BANDAID I had just found in my food. To which the waitress said "Another one!", I was flabbergasted to know the staff all knew about the incident yet we had yet to speak to a manager. It took another 10 minutes for the manager to finally come to our table and the first thing they say is "I asked around in the kitchen and no one is missing a bandaid". No apology or acknowledge at this point, we not only lost our appetite, but any respect for this establishment. I told the manager we were not going to wait for the rest of the food nor pay for the meal. They reluctantly accepted however I can say with confidence, I will never eat at this place AGAIN. I would have a picture but the waitress took the evidence before I...

TAKE NOTE!! Expensive Portions are astronomically sized… This was my first experience with Addie’s and despite the reviews, I was quite underwhelmed. We ordered dinner for two: 2 fried spring rolls, 1 fresh spring roll, and 2 Chicken Pad Thai. Oh, yeah, that was $80!!! I attempted to see the menu on their website, but as it was not functioning at the time, I wound up viewing the menu on OpenTable where no prices were listed! I figured, it’s Thai food probably around $25 a person, right? Nope. My jaw nearly hit the floor when she told me it was $80!! I placed the order via telephone and neither the employee or the website said anything about portion sizing. For the prices, I was anticipating high quality. However, sadly that was absolutely not the case. Each order of $10 spring rolls had 6 whole rolls for the fried and 10 pieces for the fresh. I would have never ordered that much for 2 people. Similarly, the Chicken Pad Thai came in a large container measuring 8x5x2.5 and it was packed to the brim. BTW the pad thai is $19 with a $3 up charge for Chicken. We requested it mild (it came spicy) and asked for chili paste on the side (none in the bag). This was a big box of overcooked gloppy noodles with a laughable 4-5oz max of chicken. No texture outside of mush. No bean sprouts, no herbs, no veggies and a teeny amount of scallions and crushed peanuts. It’s is by far and away the saddest Pad Thai I have ever had.

The fried spring rolls were basically institutional, greasy and flavorless with generic sugar sauce on the side. The fresh spring rolls were a little better, but barely. No herbs, rubbery pieces of egg and an obscene quantity of yet another sugary sauce. At these prices I am going to be extremely critical, and Addies is a massive rip-off and an embarrassment to the traditionally complex beauty of Thai cuisine. Shame. Shame. Shame.

Oh, and styrofoam to go...

I've been to close to a dozen thai restaurants and I have to say, this one has some of the best fried rice I've ever tasted. I have yet to eat any Curry, stir fry, or noodle recipes from here but I'm going to get there. Make sure that you call in a reservation in advanced for after lunch hours on holidays. The service has always been good, and they don't play around when it comes to fine drinks.

Update 12/28/2017 - I've had their Curry and Pad thai. The curry is very good. Doesn't taste too much different than "Simply Thai," or other Thai Restaurants I've been too. The Pad Thai was good but a little on the sugary side with palm sugar. The Chicken wings were good but super crunchy. The waitress said it was a little on the spicy side but my 4 year old son didn't notice any kind of spiciness. I bought him some sweet and sour stir fry and he didn't want it but that was tasty left overs.

There was only one server so that was slightly inconvenient. My mother and I like really spicy food so we ordered a heat spice of 3 for our Pad Thai, and we didn't get any spice at all. That's apart of the flavor for us. So that was a slight let down because it was her birthday. They gave us a sauce for the spice when I asked for some on the side, but the pepper sauce changes the way the food tastes originally. I like it when my Thai tastes like straight Thai and not hot sauce.... They definitely needed some servers because communication kept getting cut short.

The food and service effort was good though. We tipped...
