The most PITIFUL cheesesteaks I have ever seen! Hardly any meat or cheese, and I am not exaggerating. When I got home and seen this I called them and told them I was not happy about it and I wanted to return them for new ones. So I go down and the owner/son indeed want to see it....so I unwrapped it and he said thats how much they normally put on......when I asked for one with more meat he said no thats the normal amount I then asked for my money back.....he opened register and threw the money on counter and said have a nice day! WOW....I like to support the small businesses in our area but that was unacceptable. We usually use other local shops and figured we would try this one......yeah never again! So I took my 20 bucks (2 cheesesteaks and fries) and went to saylorsburg pizza! Much Much better! they could have redeemed themselves and made up new steaks and all would have been fine.......but to argue with me that it was the appropriate amount was just wrong! I tell you the amount of meat was just be enough to cover a hot dog bun!!!! PITIFUL quality and...
Read moreWe happen to be next door for a hair class, we aren’t from the area so when we broke off for a lunch break we all decided to go next door to Frank’s Pizza! We have never been there before but from the second we walked in we could tell it was very clean. We figured out it was family owned, which I love. The food was incredible. The salads were homemade, filled to the top, absolutely delicious. The wraps & fries were extremely good. And pierogies were good aswell. Everything was made from scratch, you can tell it was all homemade. The owners were so kind and hard working, whatever we needed they didn’t even hesitate to grab for us. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check them out! Highly recommend!
To the owners thank you for an incredible lunch and...
Read moreWe used to frequent this place YEARS AGO and the food was delicious. I remembered the red sauce was loaded with garlic and sauce is important to pizza, steaks, dipping, etc. We were in the area Saturday and walked in and asked the fella a few questions and he wasn’t very communicative with answers. So, I stayed and ordered a slice of Neapolitan pizza, a 10” cold sub and a steak sandwich. It was all run of the mill, average food, made fresh to order. The slice was large, thin crusted and tasty. The sandwich was fresh but the meat was quite sparse; the steak was good. That red sauce was not the same as back in the day. Must be new owners.
The bathroom and dining area was spotless and they also have 2 large pizza pies plus a 2 liter of soda for...
