Subway — Restaurant in Cheswick

We had two subs from here where the bread was rock hard, the person making the sandwiches even rejected another loaf while making ours, I head her mumble to herself "I can't use that". We ended up putting all of the insides on a couple chunks of white bread at home and eating them, I'm not one for driving back the same day to complain, it's not worth the gas.

So, when I was in again maybe 10 days later, I complained about it. Two people working didn't really want to hear about it, finally asked me to leave my name and number for "their manager". That was middle of last week, so far? "crickets". I guess I'll find another place to get...

Beware when ordering from Subway app. I tried ordering and it told me it couldn't process my payment. But guess what? It charged me $10 for an order I never received. I went to the store the next day to try and get my money refunded or just make me the sandwich I ordered. I was told by their employee, quote, " I wasn't here yesterday so I don't know if you got your sandwich or not." I told her again, I didn't get my sandwich due to your app was not working. Still insisited I was lying. I'll contact my bank for a refund, I will be sure to go elsewhere. I wasn't lying to get a free sandwich, but Subway got $10. Who goes away...

Right next to Walgreens as u come off the Homestead High Level Bridge. Service was Excellent. Nice young guy waited on me and he was super friendly and knew his job. I was a manager at a Subway years ago and I would have hired 20 of him! Hey Management: He's Definitely out to win new customers and I Definitely will be making that my new Subway! And my home actually has a Subway/Board game night when we spend time away from cellular/internet and have good old fashioned fun. Try it ppl... it became a life changing experience in our home.
