Big Dogs — Restaurant in Harmar Township

I went to Big Dogs this afternoon with my father for lunch. The customers at the bar were well-tended to, but the customers in the dining room were BLATANTLY ignored. We were given glasses of water within 5-10 minutes of taking a seat, then we waited another 10-15 minutes. Our waitress did not offer us a menu or to take our orders. In fact, she was invisible for almost the entire time! So what was she doing? Was she twiddling her thumbs? Picking her nose??? So we got up and left. We have no plans on returning. New to the area. I have been here a few times. Met the owners wife who was very nice and a good bartender. Came back, was a girl named Tina working there. Was very involved with some guy she was talking with at the bar. Tried to get her attention to get a drink, she looked at me kept talk. Tried a few more times and the same. Great atmosphere. Definitely a hidden jewel of the Harmarville area. Food is really good and reasonably priced. Some of the best drink specials in the area. Beautiful wooden bar as you enter the front door, with seating areas for awesome local bands and DJs on the weekends.
