I really wanted donuts today & everywhere else in town was already out for the day so I decided to take a little drive south just outside of town to the new dunkin' donuts about 5 mi from the state line at that swan ranch casino. When I first got there there were two employees behind the counter one was cleaning equipment the other was just standing there talking to the other while a man & wife was waiting to order took the employees about 5 minutes to ask them if they were ready to order. the employees were rude, they seemed annoyed that they had to take an order. I didn't really want to be the next victim of the attitude or wait so long. So I used the kiosk instead to order instead At no point did either one of the employees acknowledge me. I ordered six donuts, and the sausage egg croissant sandwich. the donuts were 😋🤤👍 It took over 15 minutes to get my order ( mind you when I got there there was only a man and his wife ordering ) by the time I got my food they had already gotten their food & ate. I still was the only customer standing there the entire time & it does not take more than 3 minutes to microwave the egg & the sausage in the breakfast sandwich. it's easy to put donuts in a box, then when my food was ready they never said anything to me just sat it on the counter & now mind you I was the only customer in the vicinity for dunkin' donuts everybody else was gambling on the machines. And they went right back to chit-chatting/ gossiping about their lives never once saying hey your food's ready or thank you for coming to dunkin' donuts or I hope you enjoy food no acknowledgment or words spoken to me at all from either one of the employees. when I went to grab my food the female gave me a very very nasty look and turned her back I picked up my order turned & looked at her smiled & said I hope you have a great day thank you. I was really wanting dunkin' donuts today but man not again, Just because The employees were preoccupied with whatever conversation they were having doesn't mean that they can't smile or say have a good day or welcome how may I help you or even hey your food's ready. I was not going to return the attitude so I left looking forward to my delicious Boston cream donut & I only really like the Boston cream donuts from dunkin' donuts. The jelly donuts were really good but there was way way too much jelly inside it The jelly to donut ratio per bite was actually kind of gross I had to squeeze most the jelly out just to eat it & i'm not joking each jelly donut had 3x the amount of jelly in each, then it should have but the actual donut itself without the jelly was fantastic now there were still some jelly inside of it because you can't squeeze it all out but it was good other than that. The jelly was too sweet. My breakfast sandwich was disgusting The croissant was very stale & hard Yes I had it toasted but that was not toasted that was a couple day old stale croissant & it even tasted stale. The egg was so overcooked that it was like biting into rubber and tasted weird. Both the sausage & egg were very cold which was a very weird sensation in your mouth to bite into a toasted stale croissant with an extremely rubbery egg That is cold. I have had that breakfast sandwich before at many other dunkin' donuts, & it did not taste like that, altogether it was $15.47 which isn't bad for six donuts & a breakfast sandwich. Not too much for a sandwich that was cold and inedible. That was my first time at this dunkin' donuts & I don't know if going that far out of town & out of my way is worth it If I'm going to be treated like that. To get there you have to drive south of town by Terry bison, for me that's really far Just for my favorite donuts when I live about 12 miles east of Cheyenne, almost to Hillsdale. The price of the sandwich was NOT worth it because it was disgusting. I Threw it away after two bites. So from the time I pulled into the parking lot and went into the building, ordered my food, got my food and got back to my car it was 27 minutes to get 6 donuts and a sandwich I couldn't eat.

Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they get it wrong, it is literally hit or miss! The best time of day to stop by is early morning, before noon; literally!

I was so excited for Dunkin to open that I invited a friend to come with me because we're both huge Dunkin lovers. However, my experience was not great.

This is the only Dunkin in town (unless you can go on base) and apparently you have to be 21 to get in (which was not mentioned in the press release I saw for the restaurant's opening). If you're not 21 (like my friend who accompanied me), the casino staff will make a big deal about it and escort you out. Even after politely explaining that we were only there for the donuts/coffee, she was ecorted out after paying and I (someone who is of age) was watched suspiciously while I waited alone for all our food/drinks. Even the workers at Dunkin didn't think that was right. Seems like poor business practices because it limits the customer base for Dunkin significantly.

Also, I was kind of disappointed because I ordered a raspberry jelly donut and after I left (quickly, because I was embarrassed by the situation), I realized I'd been given an apple one, which added to my disappointment at the experience.

I won't be back again, which is unfortunate because despite everything the Dunkin workers were super nice and I love the iced...

Went in to check out the new Dunkin’ Donuts and order some goodies.

Unfortunately, upon arriving there were 4 workers 3 of which were standing talking to one another not helping the 4 customers that were waiting. Not impressed by customer service first thing. Then, when we went to the window to look at what donuts we wanted to order we find there were no less than 5 flies in the box with all of the donuts just flying/crawling around all over the donuts! The lady in front of us said the same thing and changed her mind on ordering. We were told by one of the workers “they have been trying to get rid of them” NO, you do NOT serve food with literal BUGS, period. Their lack of worry tells me this is normal. Not an offer to make any fresh or throw those ones away. A good inspection will do good for this food spot. Hopefully a better system will come about, and if until then, we walked out without ordering and will not...
