EDIT: I was contacted by an owner/manager and they got it sorted out and were extremely sincere and apologetic. I feel not many companies these day are like that and I truly appreciate and respect that. I understand mistakes happen and I think my messages just weren’t being passed on to the appropriate people.

I’ll start by saying I love their pizza, it’s delicious. I’m leaving a bad review so that maybe a manager or owner can reach out to me after 2 employees have told me they would. Somehow our order was “lost” or never received on Thursday, it’s now Saturday. However, my debit card was still charged $47. I’ve contacted both stores the last two days, being told that the owner/manager would get my money back to me. The charge is still there and no phone call. I’d just appreciate a call back to let me know SOMEONE is trying to resolve this because right now I feel like they could care less. Easily 5 stars! Mr. Jim's lives up to its reviews!! I tried it on my way thru town from northern WY to CO. Pizza was delicious!!! The hand-tossed Garlic Parmesan crust was perfectly crunchy around the edge, but not burned. Toppings were fresh, green pepper pieces were just the right crunchiness, cheese, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms were very good. Not even really greasy at all, which is a huge difference plus for me. I got the lunch deal, 10" any pizza for $5.95. Definitely a GREAT deal!! Would highly recommend dropping in for some awesome pizza. (I didn't use any, but they even have coupons, and online deals.) Website to order online is atrocious. Received a 40% off coupon as I hadn't ordered in a long time. 30-45 minutes is the estimated delivery time. I had waited a total of 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES. I had also called -twice- about my order. I'm curious as to how the pizza is still hot after that long of a wait. Not the best way to earn back business. I understand that you may have had only 2 drivers (found that out on the 2nd call). But, a courtesy call letting me know that it would be well over an hour would have been greatly welcomed. Looking forward to the survey...
