We utilized the catering option and ordered from this location for our baby shower.The communication with the first manager who helped guide me on what we needed to order was great. The images on the website and receipt set the expectations for the quality we would be paying for. The manager on shift around noon on 5/4/23 that I visited with in store was also helpful as well at setting expectations of what to anticipate for our catered order and set up. The day of the party unsure if we had enough food, we attempted to order more. The receipt stated that they prior authorize 21% on top of ordered amount to account for any last minute changes. We called the morning of our cater date at opening to hopefully add more to our order just in case. No answer by staff, so I left a detailed message (multiple hours advance notice). We had a handful of attendees unable to make it last minute, so we didn’t make a fuss that the store did not reach out to us at all to allow us to make changes. We realized the original amount would likely suffice, so all was great despite. That is where the great service declined. The day of the baby shower, the cater order was dropped off on time, but was not set up in the manner or at the expectation that the manager I spoke with in store, set. We made the mistake of trusting this location to deliver on quality and amount of food, so we signed for the food and opened the containers when attendees arrived. To our dismay (and our guests) the quality and amount for the meat was significantly less than we paid for. The cilantro lime rice pan we ordered, was just a pan of white rice, there was no cilantro or lime in the pan of rice. In a panic I called the store. It had taken multiple calls back to back before someone answered. The on-staff manager answered and gave me information that was inconsistent with the receipt and expectations set beforehand by website and other staff. The situation at hand, we needed more food and in a hurry. We had to run to this location and pay for an additional round of food last minute (that met the original expectations for quality and amount of food), so we could feed our guests properly. On top of that we were not given the set up we were told we were. This situation cost me a good span of 30-60 minutes of my time away from my baby shower and to Qdoba to fix this. They offered a small discount on the second order we had to go pick up ourselves. That discount did not begin to cover the distress created from this cater. Thoroughly disappointed. Read moreOn September 9th, 2025 at approximately 2:15 PM, I placed a curbside order at this QDOBA location and followed the instructions to call upon arrival. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no follow-up. Since no one came out, I went inside to pick up the order myself. I saw an employee—who identified herself as Sarah—having a casual conversation with another customer. When I finally got her attention, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. She simply said, “What’s the name?” then retrieved my order and slammed it on the counter without another word, immediately returning to her conversation. When I asked to speak with a manager, she stated that she was the only one working. I told her I was not happy with how I was being treated, but she completely ignored me and continued interacting with the other customer. No apology, no resolution, no professionalism. I ended up giving the food back and walking out, as I didn’t feel comfortable giving my business to a location that treats customers this way. Decided it wasn’t worth it and thought maybe it was from just opening and we would Give it time. Went tonight, stood in line for 15 mins with ZERO acknowledgment. None, not a HI, be with you shortly, not 1 worker even looked at The line of people waiting. The guy FINALLY acknowledged me as a customer and told me he was going to do the 5+ online orders before helping me. When I asked how long it would take he said he didn’t know. There were 3 workers that I could see. All 3 were working on online orders and nobody helping the inside line. I understand online orders can stack up, but what happened to having at least ONE person taking care of customers waiting inside for 15+ mins and zero help.
