Shipyard Café — Restaurant in Chickasaw

Finally a delivery service in the area! We stay really busy and often meal times are ordered and delivered, but mostly we have to pick up. Not anymore! Shipyard Cafe has a great menu with enough options to keep everyone happy. Their hummus is fantastic! We have had just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. My mother, who is quite particular at times, has complained that everything is fried in the same oil; ex. beginets and shrimp. I have had orders where the mixing is more pronounced, but it's never kept me from enjoying the food. I am hesitant to even mention because I don't want to discourage anyone from visiting. It is the ONLY non fast food option in Chickasaw and I would hate to loose them! Please visit and support our local businesses!

This is a local business and it deserves all the good attention that it can get. They have excellent food at very reasonable prices, the coffee is 100% on point very good. I had the breakfast burrito this morning and I must say it was absolutely gigantic and all of it was prepared in a timely manner and the food came out fresh and hot. The staff are very friendly and the establishment is absolutely Immaculate when it comes to cleanliness. The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was they had an oldie radio station playing Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. If you haven't had a chance to visit this establishment I would recommend you do so, I have reviewed over 2,000 establishments I would have to say this one ranks in the top 100 overall. I visit Mobile Alabama quite often and I can tell you that I will be coming back to this establishment...

Okay, so this place right here, it is too good!!! I got the fish poboy and let me tell you, it was perfect! The bread was perfect, the fish was perfect, the amount of sauce was perfect, everything about it was perfect!! And the okra, the okra was to die for!!! Absolutely delisshhhh!!!! And everything is made fresh to order, so it was hot and juicy and just perfect!!! My husband had the Philly, and he said it was absolutely perfect!! But, no matter what you pick, it's going to be good and absolutely amazing.

The customer service was top tier. The woman, she was light skinned with long hair. She was so sweet, kind, and friendly. She is also the one who suggested that I get the fish poboy.
