Freshh Donuts — Restaurant in Chino Hills

Man yall broke my heart changing the hours , this place is a 5 stars don’t get me wrong and been making late night runs here for about 10+ years, I just pulled up now and saw the place closed and I was like no way this can’t be, I peeped and saw Mr. Boom Boom car and then I peeped inside the window and saw Mr. Boom Boom cooking donuts like always as usual except he was in the dark and then he noticed me and looked at me all sad and basically with hand gestures broke the news to me that the hours changed as I looked at the window noticing the new hours , definitely very disappointing, this was of the main reasons why this place was so unique from the rest. The hours, experience, and convenience of getting late night donuts with family and enjoying Mr. Boom Boom presence. For now unfortunately I’m giving this a 1 star until further notice. Maybe the owner decide to change it back again someday but lost a longtime...

My husband reminded me of an incident at this location 6 months ago. My husband and young son frequented this donut shop until one day, the server was impolite and rolled her eyes when we requested a replacement for a damaged bagel. We reported this to the owner, who did nothing and walked away, claiming the server was new. We haven't returned since. New staff or not, such behavior is unacceptable. Came back to this donut shop because they used to have bacon donuts. Unfortunately they've been discontinued but then I saw their cinnamon rolls and they look yummy so I ordered one. The lady taking my order asked me if I want baked or fried. I honestly had no idea what the difference is. So I asked her what's the difference.
