A soothing blend of our lightly roasted barley tea and dark roasted oolong tea, creating a gentle smoky flavor that evokes the comforting glow of embers. This is perfect for those who are more sensitive to caffeine as the tea base is mainly composed of our non caffeinated roasted barley tea and JUST a little hint of the dark roast oolong tea. This drink pairs perfectly with the house made made Roasted Barley Jelly.

Probably the first ever in town, puree made with real mulberry fruits blended with our freshly brewed light roasted oolong, wonder how it tastes? Give it a try, it won’t disappoint you. For this creation, we've paired it with our house made Osmanthus Jelly adding traditional floral notes.
