I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order made a mistake on my order. Instead of offering to fix it she had a attitude and said well you want to keep it you paid for it. I'm like so what now I have to pay twice. Then she says go to the front. I ended up going inside like you didn't refund me and charge me the correct cost of what I ordered.She continued to blame me like four times saying you need to confirm the order next time. I told her I told you twice what I wanted. I told her I wanted breakfast. I want 2 number 26's and that is the loaded breakfast. Finally she walked away. This drive thru is located near a semi popular offramp and frequently has a backup at the order stand and a short driveway. If anything the use of credit card could reduce the number of customers served per measured time frame.
