What has happened to our Chino Hills store? We have shopped here since it opened and have always been happy with service and product. NOT today! First off, we couldn't get through by phone as there was a constant busy signal. I gave up after a dozen tries. In the store, there was a line of people waiting to be served. They had one employee working the counter while the other sat at a table and ate. The employee behind the counter was slow and could not have been less interested in the job they're paid to do. When we got the sandwiches home, less than half of what we requested was missing, and it was served on near stale bread. NEVER again. Sad, as we try to spend our dollars in our town. Seeing all the other negative reviews, it's clear the owner doesn't care at all. I predict this store will be out of business sooner than later.
From now on, we will drive the distance to TOGO'S on Imperial Hwy in Brea to get GREAT sandwiches made...

Tried to grab lunch at Subway today, and it was a really frustrating experience. The poor elderly woman working behind the counter was completely overwhelmed during the lunch rush. The POS system crashed, and the line became incredibly long. She was clearly struggling and desperately trying to keep up with orders, but she was left completely alone. She even tried calling her manager, Jason, for help, but he was nowhere to be found. I really felt for her; she was doing her best under impossible circumstances. I commend her for her effort, but it's clear this location is chronically understaffed. This isn't the first time I've experienced this issue here. Not sure if employee is brand new
However, she prepared the sandwich width wise
I thought she would realize what she was doing But she proceeded to make the sandwich It wasn't like she was by herself There were 2 other employees in the back It looked like a Burrito
I paid. And left
Didn't feel like staying there
At was very messy to eat
