Yolanda's — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

I am still giving the whole dine in experience 5 stars only because of Mary. After waiting a short time at the front, (which was quoted correctly) we were seated and proceeded to wait for a server. 3 more tables were sat in the surrounding sections and we watched as they were greeted one by one by a server. Only once did one of the girls glance up at us but continued about her business only waiting on her section. After i saw all these tables getting drinks and even appetizers, at this point i spoke up and Mary came over directly sat down with us and apologized first off for the long wait for service. After getting our drink order she got us some cheese sticks and took our order. The rest of dinner was fine and when the check came Mary even made sure we had a complimentary appetizer.. Ordered food 4 hours ahead of time. Food was not even started when i arrived. I was disappointed and contemplated going somewhere else. I just figured it would be faster to just stay and wait. That same employee walked to the pickup window and began telling two other employees about the situation to them in not great way. I decided i just wanted my money back and i would get food from somewhere else. The manager was reluctant to refund the money, and his customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. Ever since I moved to Beaver county, I've always been a fan of Yolanda's. The Yolanda's I'm speaking of, of course, is in Monaca. This Yolanda's is a close substitute, however, the people here are nowhere near as friendly or helpful and the food is only subpar comparatively. I may be wrong about this, but I feel like the prices are higher too. They are definitely higher than all the pictures listed of the menu on this post. I ordered a calzone and an order of the calamari which should have been around $16 plus tax and it end up being $20 including tax. Even though I live in Beaver Falls now, I think I'll take the trek to the real Yolanda's in Monaca for the flavor that I seek in...
