McDonald's — Restaurant in Chouteau

Absolutely terrible experience, the store is super messy not to mention the horrific sight and smell of the bathrooms. Multiple times have I Ordered a 20 piece and waited about 20-30 minutes just for it to not be fully cooked, not to mention the employee who still currently works there at the time of this review has been caught multiple times before watching and doing inappropriate things to themselves in the restroom, and they still won't fire him, I just can't imagine a little kid walking in on them. Most of the time the food is old, I've seen the workers in the back not use gloves on food multiple times, constantly not follow McDonald's protocol and mess up multiple orders in a row then blame it on short staffing issues. Just go anywhere else but here especially...

I was going to go thru drive thru but noticed there were several cars in line. They were taking one order at a time. As soon as they paid at the window, they would ask them to pull forward and then take another order. There were already three cars parked and two more in line in front of me. I decided to go inside. There were three people waiting to place an order. The manager has her back to us and was on her phone. Then she proceeded to yell at her employees, 'How can I do my job if you don't drop any fries?". Then, she yelled at another person, " Is it a staring contest you want, I can stare!"

I didn't see her once lift a hand. I wasn't going to wait to place an order and went to another establishment! In my opinion, poor management and lazy,...

I went here a few days ago, I was the only one in the place, one car in drive thru. Waited at counter 10 minutes, no one spoke or took my order. Finally I said I guess I am not _ important enough to be waited on and turned around and left.I WILL NOT BE BACK EVER AGAIN!!! When they do take an order, it's wrong. WHERE IS STEVEN??? He kept the place in order and was a delight to see. CLOSE THIS PLACE TODAY. I will drive to Pryor or Catoosa. Also, it took a girl 5 minutes to open a brown paper bag and put it in a table, then she started playing on a tablet right in front of me, never once looking at me!
