I placed an order for a roast beef hoagie and paid for it online. About 2 minutes later a woman working there called and said I'm sorry we are out of roast beef,would you like something else and I said no. I then asked a question of her, saying if you knew that you were out of roast beef or anything else, why would the order go through to be paid for ? Her response was it isn't my fault with a condescending attitude. My issue isn't that they are out of an item that I wanted, It is the way she responded with her attitude. I only live a quarter mile from them so I went there in person and I asked her the same ? In person and not only did she have the the same condescending attitude, she doubled down on it and said good bye, good bye, good bye with even more of an attitude. I will be in touch with the owner and see what the owner has to say. I have 15 years experience as a pizza maker at various pizza shops and what this disrespectful woman needs to learn is respect and humility. She said I was disrespectful towards her and she is taking my loud voice because I'm deaf in my left ear as such. I'm 60 years old and she is around 25 is my best guess. I will never patronize this...

I ordered over the phone for pick up, the food was ready when I got there. But over the phone I asked for a cheesesteak and red sauce on the side, along with onion rings. When I got home and opened the bag there were fries along with the cheesesteak, I had never asked for the fries because they cost extra. The breading on the cheesesteak was disgusting. It tasted hard & stale and was like a jaw work out to be able to chew it up…along with that, my fries were cold and soggy and the onion rings were severely overcooked and crunchy and very greasy. I paid $24 for a cheesesteak, onion rings, and fries I didn’t ask for, nor I wanted to pay extra for. Along with all this, there was no red sauce on the side like I asked for. I was there within 10 minutes after ordering and it was obvious nothing was made fresh. I am very local and it disappoints me that I cannot order from my local pizza shop like I could when Pasquale’s was there. Many of my other family member have also said how the food here is terrible and is very inconsistent. I will not be ordering from this...

The pizza tasted good. The only issue I had was the service. We were dining in - I prepaid and gave a 20% tip. We were dining in so we went outside for a few minutes when we were waiting and came back and sat down. Our pizza was ready and the person sat down the pizza in a box (which is odd because we were dining in) and handed me two paper plates and one set of plastic fork/spoon. Dining in with a pizza box on the table and paper plates seems for lack of better words; underwhelming. We never had anyone ask us how the food was. Never asked us if we needed anything. Soon as the food was put on the glass counter top, staff went to back and were huddled up talking in the back. Do not get me wrong, everybody was extremely nice.
