It's good...sometimes. The woman who usually runs the front is really nice. The food can be good, the portions are generous, but there are issues with consistency. Catch them on a good night and you get hot crispy General Tso's chicken, delicious fried rice, and a well fried food-service provided egg roll for a great price. Then you get nights where the chicken is drowned in sauce, there is an aftertaste on the chicken (not sure if old oil or ingredients but something is wrong), the rice is just steamed rice with soy on it, and the egg roll is chewy from not being fried correctly. My family spends around $20 every single week, so we see quality go up and down. About 4 out of 5 times it is good, but when you get a bad order it's disappointing. Best for take out, as there are only a few small tables inside. The staff will usually have their children inside playing, but the kids are respectful and don't cause any disruption while ordering, eating, or picking up your food. The staff themselves are very helpful and kind, and are willing to make most modifications to your order (within reason) Some people can have a bit of a difficult time with communication, but the staff do their absolute best to try and understand their customers and fulfill the orders as best they can. And, if like myself, you enjoy a lot of spice in your food, tell them you want extra chili peppers. They may ask multiple times to make sure you really want it, but they can make the dishes as spicy or bland...
