Oceans End Snow Cones — Restaurant in Church Hill

We use to love coming here. It was good snowcones and for a good price. But when my child gets upset because a women runs to the window and says "please don't put your feet on the bench people sit there" yes, but it was an outside plastic bench with no sign. And it's not like she was putting here feet where people ate. The tone and look on her face was extremely rude, when it was said. She was jumping on it or standing anything to have it said to her in that tone, simply sitting there with one knee to her chest like she always dose. ALSO I was standing right at the window. She overlooked me to yell at her. She should have told me to get my child to not do it. Not basically yell at a kid who is 13 and embarrass easy. After she went to the car and the women came to the window I told her we wouldn't be back and she was VERY sarcastic. I told her to put a sign out if it was that big of a deal. There was NO need for her to look past me ( an adult) to be short with a child.

Also just because you say "please" doesn't mean you're being nice. If she had asked nicely I wouldn't have been so appalled by it all. I would have told her myself. But to say it in such a mean way. We won't be back. There's 30 others around here with the same flavors my kids get and just as cheap if not cheaper. Have the day...

I was craving a snow cone when I visited Ocean's End for the first time today. It definitely won't be my last visit! I was amazed at the number of flavors they have. I didn't count but it appeared to be well over 100. I had a candy apple snow cone today and am already thinking about which flavor to try next. As others have said, they are generous on the syrup, so the ice has lots of flavor down to the last bite. They even have a Pup Cup which consists of plain shaved ice, whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel. There are also many gourmet offerings, among them banana splits. Most appear to be priced at $7.oo. The lady in front of me and her daughter had two amazing looking confections. The mother's choice was some kind of strawberry extravaganza. Weve lived here in Church Hill for almost 3 years and just found out about this place a couple of weeks ago. Honestly im mad that I didnt know about this place sooner 🤣. Their products are soooo good and super cheap! Ever since we started coming, I've been back daily to get my black raspberry cheescake deluxe with no whipped topping. Im addicted! Definitely not your average snow cone stand. This place is one of Hawkins Counties hidden gems. The people that i have interacted with here ( employees and customers) have been so genuinely nice.
