Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Church Hill

I don't recommend going to this Pizza Plus in Church Hill!! I went in for lunch with an associate and paid for our buffet and asked for a pizza supreme with extra mushrooms and no green peppers. Stephanie told me we make a deluxe. I said okay. I would like it with extra mushrooms and no green peppers. Again. She says we make a deluxe. I it's the third time and got the same response. Then she said all we do is make it to luxe people so that everybody can eat it! Well where are the only two people in there and there were about three more that came in. After we tried to order something to eat. We were stuck eating whatever they made and that was it. One curled up sausage pizza, two pepperoni pizzas and finally brought out a deluxe. With no extra mushrooms and not without green peppers. The French dressing on the bar was as thin as water and very vinegary. There was no lettuce and everything else that was there was marginal and when they come out she didn't even want to refill it. She said because it just wasn't worth it! I've eaten at the one in Sylvan gardens and it is superb. That's where we try to go back to. The one in Bloomingdale. The one in owensville is really good and that's the one I should have went to instead of the one in Churchill. I will never make that...

Not sure how there are so many five star recent reviews. We’ve been coming here for years but lately things have gone south. The employees are rude and incompetent and no one seems to know what “extra cheese” means. My husband and I ate here for dinner on 5/20/23 and we each got a trip to the salad bar, a hoagie and a drink. I ordered extra cheese on my chicken hoagie and paid for the extra cheese, and there was barely any cheese at all, instead I got huge globs of mayonnaise. There was no sweet tea. The lettuce on the salad bar was disgusting and there was no ham. The place was totally empty and they informed us that they no longer had wait staff, we had to order at the counter and then seat and serve ourselves. The whole thing was just weird, if you’re going to do things this way then why even have dine in?? Just close the dining area. To top it all off, we paid $40 for this prison food. We could have made bologna sandwiches at home and got a better dinner....

Please save your money and go somewhere else, this place is TRASH. On 11/14/24 I ordered two pizzas, one of them pan pepperoni and one thin crust with just extra cheese. My husband picked the food up and when he got home we discovered there was pepperoni all over the thin crust which was supposed to just be cheese. I can’t eat pepperoni and I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to pick all of those pepperonis off. When I called to speak to them about it, they demanded that we come back up there right now to get it replaced, otherwise all they were willing to do is give me partial credit on my account. Excuse me??? I should have been given a credit for the entire pizza since that’s what you screwed up!!! Not everyone is able to just come back up there so you can fix your incompetent mistakes. This is the WORST Pizza Plus in this area, avoid at all costs. They have a bunch of incompetent clowns working there and they do not care if you get what...
