SipIT - Cibolo — Restaurant in Cibolo

Always quick service atbthe cibolo location. Staff was friendly. Plenty of items to choose from. With they had more 'tart' options. "Green Apple" is about as tart / sour as it gets, and even green apple isn't that tart.

I always get these and put them in my freezer. The Texas heat (which no one can control) will melt these pretty fast.

This practice created a problem recently. I had ordered 3 of these (I'm not a boozer, as I said I put them in the freezer for later. Or I am picking some up for friends visiting me at the time), and put them in the freezer as I had done in the past. The next day when we went to enjoy them next to the pool, I discovered after sampling about a tablespoon of it, I had received the WRONG order (or product).. I had ordered the "Miami vice", but instead received a "Piña Colada". It was disgusting. I reached out to the store and asked about a refund policy - but she did not know and advised me to call back when the manager was there.

I don't know if my order was misunderstood and the wrong code was accidentally written on the cup, or if the wrong product was put in the cup, or if maybe one of my cups was accidentally swapped with another one that had been received on line (there was a car behind me) or from an order inside? I have no idea. I just put what I received back in the freezer in hopes something can be done about it to correct it.

If it were $3 bucks, this conversation doesn't happen. But I had ordered an extra shot with my drink, so it was over $13. Not looking for a freebie persay - because I still have the wrong drink in the freezer minus about a tablespoon i sampled and would happily return it to the store and swap it for what i thought i was getting and what I ordered.

Now some would ask why I didn't check at the window - but you can't sample at the window (driving) and I don't know what their codes on the cup all stand for, plus there was a car behind me. Makes me wish I had went to consume it that night. Sigh. ...

firstly I love sipit I have been a frequent flyer to many of the locations in the city culebra rd location was my go to and recently moved to the cibolo area and as much as I do love the tasty drinks the service at this location by far is the most uneasy to me. I am not to sure if they are trained differently but every time I come to this location I feel like I am forced into buying way more than I came for also went ahead and bought myself another cup which I already have the red one and a green one that I purchased during the holiday season but this past weekend I was tired of being asked 7 times at the window if I was sure about not wanting a cup. so I finally just said yes even though I didn't want it and it just makes me not want to come to this location anymore the customer service is too aggressive for me. It was my five year old son's birthday last week and we planned a backyard grill for the kiddos and we wanted to have some drinks for the parents to partake of while having all the kids run around. We saw the new Sip It open up on Cibolo Valley and figured it would be the perfect solution for this outdoor party. The concept is EASY and we love the 1/2 gallon bags. It was perfect for our needs, given it was a larger group and was hot outside. We had frozen drinks on a 90 degree day. The daiquiris were a huge hit and very strong.
