Me, my 2 sisters and my best friend went there for a late lunch early dinner. We had gotten starbucks within the last hour and all had a little bit left so we brought it in because it only said no alcohol at the front door. Our server walked over and only let 1 out of the 4 of us order a drink when we all planned on ordering something. She then walked back and rudely told us that we needed to throw away our drinks. mind you all of us are clearly under 21 and the drinks had the starbucks logo on it so they were clearly not alcoholic. She then snatched my little sister’s drink out of her hand and cornered my older sister who said she would throw away our drinks and snatched them out of her hands. Then she got my sisters order wrong which wouldn’t have been a big deal but she doesn’t eat meat and asked for a grilled cheese with no bacon and so we asked her to re make it. She constantly stood very close to me which made me very uncomfortable. we asked for 2 boxes and when she brought them out we asked for the check. She then walked away and started to talk to other employees about us in the open making everyone stare at us. Another server walked over and asked us if it was 1 or more checks and so we said one and our original server did not walk back over and left us for the other server. we all kept to ourselves but they were staring at us the whole way out including adult males staring at my little 14 year old sister. Read moreIf I could leave a 0 star review I would. I used to LOVE the cabana and would go at the very least once a month. Most of this story is about a server named Morg. From the beginning she was rude. We had gotten starbucks about an hour before so we all had a little bit left in our cups. Keep in mind their sign and online policy is no outside alcohol everyone I was with was CLEARLY 18 and under and it was 4pm. She didn’t let 3/4 of us order a drink. We had planned on getting drinks but she didn’t even give us the chance to order. We were all having a good time it was mildly empty when we had arrived. She came over and in a very disrespectful tone told us to get rid of our drinks I okay I’ll throw them away. She SNATCHED them out of my hand and walked away. After that she proceeded to get my order wrong adding bacon to my grilled cheese (I dont eat meat) which if she wasn’t already so rude I would not have cared because she is human. We had gotten potato skins all 4 of us tried them. Genuinely I would have rather eaten a raw fish from the Ohio river. After eating we asked for a box for the chicken strips and the check. Read moreGoing downhill fast!!! Been going for years and something has clearly changed for the worse. Went there Saturday for dinner. I acknowledge that they were busy, however, after checking in at the hostess station, we waited for over an hour and decided to check where we were on the list. We were somehow purged from the list and then told that we were being put at the bottom of the waiting list. After talking with the extremely incompetent hostess staff we were greeted by the hostess manager who was awful. We explained the situation, she never apologized for the situation and then blamed us for not letting them know that we never received a confirmation text, even though they never told us that we should be expecting a confirmation text. I asked her if in the future we should not leave the host station until we receive a confirmation text and her response was “ check in, then wait 3 minutes and come back up if you don’t receive a confirmation text, then wait another 3 minutes and keep coming up until you receive a confirmation text. Ridiculous! So beware that evidently it’s the customers responsibility to make sure the hostess staff puts your information in correctly and their system works properly.
