Mad Llama Coffee — Restaurant in Cincinnati

So this is my first time writing a google review because I NEEDED to share my experience on here. I’ve been to the Mad Llama coffee shop three times and we’ve loved our drinks each time! Highly recommend the golden milk latte! ✨chef’s kiss✨ Unfortunately, they were out of the turmeric for the drink today but the wonderful barista walked me through the options of what they could make with a similar flavor profile, all while at the drive thru! In the end I asked for dealer’s choice (only place I’ve ever asked to do this) and the drink is awesome! They even had me taste the drink at the drive thru to make sure I liked it before driving off. Top notch customer service, great drinks, great prices, and friendly baristas. Overall couldn’t ask for more! Support this local small business because they really are a hidden gem! 💎

P.S. I drove off quickly since my baby was crying in the back, but if the barista could tell me how to order this drink in the future, that would be AMAZING!!! 🥹 (If it helps I was the girl in the pink hat that didn’t like peppermint...

Went to pick an online order. Upon arrival we made eye contact with the young light skinned associate as you can't go inside right now. There was no acknowledgment of us. There was none for the woman that walked up after us either. Upon recieving our food and drink, after a long wait from our original pick up time, there was no apology for the wait nor thank you for ordering from there. Got home (live just around the corner) to discover that the burritos were cold. Which is puzzling since we had to wait so long. Called back to get the food replaced and recieved nothing but attitude. Then when when we picked up the replacement we were once again met with attitude, and our food basically shoved out the door with no acknowledgment that the order wasn't quality or that a second trip had to be made to get a replacement. Apparently these guys don't believe in customer service which fine because Bixby is right...

This place used to be good but unfortunately they are going downhill. Just waited in the car line for 10 minutes (only 1 car in front of us) to get almost everything wrong that we ordered. The cortado was somehow freezing cold and when I asked they said the milk makes it cold. Then my wife got a completely wrong drink and then we ordered two muffins but got one. When I asked for the other one they gave me the wrong kind and then I had to get out of the car and go back to the window to ask for the right one. Then when we got home the chocolate chip muffin had just a few chocolate chips and the muffin was dry. Hopefully this business can...
