Whetsel Whip — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I've been several times this summer to try new flavors and pretty much every time gets more disappointing. Their pistachio had no pistachio flavor, and their loopy cone special had a dry, crumbly, flavorless cone that fell apart as I ate it. The only flavor I've liked is blueberry which I wish they offered all the time. Today I ordered a large vanilla/chocolate swirl cone with cherry dip coating and what I received was a cone upside down in a cup with half melted ice cream and the cherry coating had separated from the ice cream and hardened right onto the cup so I couldn't even eat it. The girl working said the ice cream was too soft so she had to give it to me in a cup. Today's visit was the nail in the coffin and I probably won't be back...

I just saw the other review on here from tonight that was probably the person in front of us. The cashiers were incredibly rude. We were standing in line for about 10 min and we were fine with it but the cashier had an attitude with someone else even though they messed up their order. Then right at 9 they shut off all the lights and when asked if they could serve the people in line (about 4 of us) they said no there’s only 2 people they have to clean up and they had been busy for an hour. I used to work in the food service industry and everyone knows that if it’s before closing time you have to serve the customer. I don’t even care about the wait but the attitude of the girl was...

I think management has a serious problem here. We went on 07/02/2024 and got in line around 8:50pm. There was one family in front of us. While we were waiting the employee were rude to a couple who had already ordered. They also didn’t serve the people in front of us until8:59pm. We went to step up the cashier then yelled “it’s 9!!” Shut the lights off and went “we’re closed”. I politely asked even if we had been standing in line. She said they had been busy for the past hour so they’re closed and had to clean up. Very rude and it does not make me want to recommend this place to anyone.
