Breakfast Nook Cafe — Restaurant in Cinnaminson Township

The food is usually good , if you eat in and I’ll give them 3 stars ⭐️for that alone , But when you call for pick up YOU MUST CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE !!!! because they either forget to pack a food item or they give you a half of serving. Its like who ever does take out orders is in a rush or does not care about Presentation .the food looks put together in A ver sloppy way. Example) my homefries look like burnt crumbs that you scoop into the garbage after you get to the end of the pan , my sandwich’s where all stuck to the foil they use to wrap it. What really bother me was that if you dine in it’s one thing to leave a tip which I’m all for , BUT when you pick up food why do I have to tip , and maybe I would if they wouldn’t get so upset because I didn’t .. example) hello I’m here to pick up an order “ server ok “. It’ll be $19.05 would you like to leave a tip on the card , “me” no thank you .. then you get the dirtiest look 👀 from all the people behind the counter I’ve not felt so embarrassed 😳. Do you tip the fast food worker, the wawa deli worker or pizza guy when you go pick up order NO !!!! So if they would take the time to properly prepare to go orders and stop asking for tips $ and let the customer offer it , this place would be a 5...

I am beyond happy that the Breakfast Nook Cafe reopened. The Manager is so warm and pleasant. The food is absolutely consistently delicious (thank you cook.) The prices are very reasonable and the portions are plentiful. The owners have maintained a very pleasant atmosphere, and are extremely personable, professional and attentive. It only took a couple of visits for our server, Aksel, to remember our "usual" orders: eggs with cheddar cheese, scrapple (sometimes bacon,) rye toast, home fries and coffee.) She always greets us with a smile and jokes with my spouse - which adds to our pleasant experience. It's nice seeing repeat customers' faces. It's just a nice family restaurant. The place is also very clean too- which is a plus in my book. I hope they never close their doors. We're customers for life. Kudos to the entire team. ...

Just left the breakfast nook. My order came back to the table wrong. Which didn't upset me because we all make mistakes BUT the food was cold. Cold pancakes, cold soggy toast. The waitress left the bacon out of my omelette, instead of asking them to remake the entire thing I just asked if she could bring me a side of bacon. The bacon was cold and she didn't even apologize. She then charged me for the bacon. I paid for a breakfast that I didn't even eat. Would I ever go back....NO. I'm not big on writing bad reviews because I understand things happen and we all have a bad day. So for me to sit in the parking lot to write this shows you how horrible my experience was.
